Olalara Developments is the property development coordination and project management division of Olalara Enterprise. We help you plan, source land for, budget, coordinate, monitor and complete residential and commercial projects across Lagos State.
We are not a construction contractor. Instead, we bring together independent construction companies, quantity surveyors, property lawyers, real estate agents, architects, engineers and inspectors — engaged per project — and keep every naira and every milestone visible to you.
